1 capsule per day to be taken in the morning before breakfast with a large glass of water. We recommend taking this treatment at least 2 weeks before the first exposures.

The first effects of this Q.Re will be visible from just 2 weeks. However, we recommend 3 months of Q.Re to optimally protect the skin and allow a deep and uniform tan all over the body.
